The views from the rooftop bar are breathtaking, but the elevator service can be frustratingly slow during peak times.

The location in the heart of Plaka is fantastic.

During my stay, I experienced significant issues with the elevator, which was often unavailable. Additionally, I faced unanticipated noise disturbances late at night due to miscommunications with the staff. Finally, the rooftop dining was overpriced for the quality, and the view did not live up to expectations.

It was just a commendable fit for a little getaway in Athens with reasonable price. The rooftop bar exceeded my expectations, offering a vibrant view and atmosphere. Be ready to climb some stairs if you don’t want to wait for the lift.

not impressed, to say the least. my 'junior suite metropolis view' reeked of smoke, and the emergency light was like a spotlight on my face. somehow, despite such inconveniences, the management didn't feel it necessary to offer any welcome gift or discount. absoluteley ridiculous. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Loved the rooftop view of the Acropolis. it felt magical at night. The location in Plaka made it easy to explore shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, and the room was modern and clean, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night. However, the elevator was quite small, and I often had to wait, especially during busy hours. The shower had a minor issue. it could use better drainage as the floor tended to get wet. Despite the few inconveniences, my time here was enjoyable, and I'd likely return for the stunning views and convenient location.

Aye, the view from the rooftop was mad dope, just soaking in the Acropolis with my girls was worth it. Check this though, the elevator was always packed 'cause folks be partying up top. I just needed that little bit of TLC from the staff when we needed help. Coulda been better, but for real, we enjoyed our stay overall.

I loved the stunning rooftop view of the Acropolis and the delicious food we had during dinner. The only downside was the slow service we experienced sometimes. I'd easily stay here again!

staying at ciel living was great! the location is perfect, with lovely shops and bars just steps away. the senior suite was clean and modern, with a cozy bed and a nice kitchen nook. the rooftop bar had an amazing view and the service was super friendly. loved it!

Comfortable room, great location, with easy access to Monastiraki for exploring shops and restaurants. The inclusion of wi-fi made my stay even more convenient.

The room was modern and clean! Absolutely loved the incredible bed and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Just a minor issue, though—one of the lifts can get crowded during peak hours, which can be a bit of a drag.
